In 2019, Pirtek is proud to sponsor Supercar’s timed event for the third year in a row - The PIRTEK Pit Stop Challenge! The challenge sees teams up their game for the fastest pit stops in the hopes of being at the top of the leader board and in the running to win the grand prize of $20,000!

PIRTEK Enduro Cup 2019

Jamie Whincup and Craig Lowndes / Red Bull Holden Racing Team are the winners of the 2019 PIRTEK Enduro Cup.

The leadup to the PIRTEK Enduro Cup involved 3 major events, the Sandown 500, a two-driver 500-kilometre race, the Bathurst 1000, a 6-hour, two-driver battle across 6.213km of track, and finally the Gold Coast 600, two 300km races in Australia's holiday city.
The trophy is an exceptional piece of art designed and built by renowned Australian artist James Corbett. The PIRTEK Enduro Cup was awarded after the final race on the Gold Coast.

About the PIRTEK Enduro Cup

PIRTEK is a brand synonymous with Supercars and that is an association set to continue for many years to come through the PIRTEK Enduro Cup.

From the two Bathurst wins PIRTEK-backed Stone Brothers Racing Falcon of Jason Bright and Steven Richards crossing the line to win the 1998 Bathurst 1000 and Scott Mclaughlin in the DJR Team Penske Ford Mustang in 2019, to the two Championships won by Marcos Ambrose in the PIRTEK Falcon in 2003, 2004, to the many PIRTEK products used from one end to the grid to the other – PIRTEK is part of the sport’s DNA.

The PIRTEK Enduro Cup is awarded to the best team at the completion of the three classic Supercar races on the 2019 Supercars calendar – the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, the Vodafone Gold Coast 600 and the Penrite Oil Sandown 500. It awards co-drivers and the team for their efforts as well as the primary driver in his chase for the Supercars Championship. 

World renowned Australian automotive artist, James Corbett was commissioned to create the Enduro Cup using pieces from the PIRTEK Fluid Transfer Solutions range. He has crafted them into what has become one of the most sought-after prizes in Supercars.
