High abrasion resistance black synthetic rubber resistant to oils/ozone and weathering

Reinforcement
Four spirals (-6 up to -16 & -20: 350 bar) and six spiral (-20 to -24: 420 bar) high tensile steel wire

Application
Extremely high pressure hose suitable for mineral and vegetable oils/aqueous emulsions/water/air and inert gases. Outer cover must be pin-pricked if hose is to be used to convey air or inert gases above 17 bar.

Materials and Specifications

• -40 degrees C up to 121 degrees C (125 degrees C discontinuous) mineral & vegetable oils
• -40 degrees C up to 70 degrees C water based fluids
• 0 degrees C up to 70 degrees C water & air
• -40 degrees C up to 70 degrees C external ambient
• Prolonged usage with water or water based fluids at temperatures above 70 degrees C will allow wire corrosion as a result of diffusion through the inner tube

Features
MSHA flame resistance approved. FRAS (Fire Resistance Anti-Static). 1/2 the bend radius compared to conventional R13/R15 hoses. Greater flexibility for ease of routing and installation.
