At PIRTEK, our aim is to empower our employees to effectively perform their role, by increasing their capability and inspiring personal growth. This allows our employees to impart their knowledge and skills to our customers. We provide appropriate learning solutions that meet our customers specific business needs which in turn increases employee's capabilities. Our programmes are developed to maximise learning potential. Pirtek operates a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) from our own facilities in Sydney which allows our New Zealand operations to complete a National Recognised qualification relative to our industry. We additionally undertake localised and regional training for our customers on the use of Pirtek products such as spill control and environmental cleanup items.
